Fire crews in San Jose put out a vegetation fire Sunday afternoon that burned over 7 acres, the San Jose Fire Department said.

Four separate fires converged into one in the area of Hillsdale Avenue and Communications Hill Boulevard, the Fire Department said. The call came in at about 2:20 p.m. and was under control by 4:30 p.m.

A total of about 7.63 acres burned and there were no injuries. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
