Firefighters in San Jose responded Monday morning to a significant fire involving the rear of a truck, according to the San Jose Fire Department.

The fire broke out around 10:26 a.m. near the intersection of North 1st Street and East Trimble Road. Authorities said the flames were confined to the back portion of the truck, and the driver was able to exit safely.

No injuries were reported as crews worked to bring the fire under control.
