CaliBunga Waterpark, previously known as Raging Waters, will open in San Jose on June 29, according to an announcement made by the company on Tuesday.

Raging Waters, a well-known destination in the South Bay area, unexpectedly announced the end of its lease and permanent closure due to low attendance at the end of summer 2023.

San Jose Mayor Matt Mahan confirmed in February that the park would reopen under new management.
