The fifth homicide in San Jose occurred due to a fatal stabbing

Police are investigating the death of a man who arrived at a San Jose hospital earlier this week with multiple stab wounds as the city’s fifth homicide of the year.

The victim was dropped off at the hospital, and officers were alerted around 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. It was revealed that the victim had been involved in an altercation in the area of Spring and Taylor streets, where a crime scene was found.

The motive and circumstances of the stabbing are still being investigated, and the man’s identity is being kept private until his next of kin are notified.
